CHEF'S NOTES

If you love making Tortilla de Patatas I recommend you invest in a Tortilla Española non-stick pan. Which sell for about $40 to $50 us dollars. If you want to be adventurous and try this without the special pan, make sure you use a super non-stick one.  The only hard part about making this recipe is the flipping, dont be discouraged though practice makes perfection.   

Tortilla de Patatas

My mother in law, lives in Madrid and she taught me how to make this spanish omelet. I personally love it, make it for a party or for yourself and eat it little by little for breakfast, lunch or dinner or as a perfect snack.
